I absolutely loved my time here, especially lounging in the cozy suite and soaking up the lovely views from the balcony every morning. The relaxing hot tub and peaceful garden area were perfect for unwinding after a busy day of exploring. If I'm being picky, the breakfast could use a little improvement, but that didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

Finding the entrance can be confusing!!! Water pressure in showers was inadequate!!! Air conditioning was noisy and ineffective!!! Access to some amenities was frustrating!!!

The Superior Double Room felt spacious, a rare find in this bustling city. The breakfast assortment offered fresh pastries and local specialties, perfect fuel for a day of exploring.
The bathroom was a bit cramped with some chipped shower tiles, which didn’t quite match the room's spaciousness. the area outside can get noisy at night, which may disturb light sleepers.

The Superior Double Room felt so spacious compared to other places in Florence, providing plenty of room to relax after full days of exploring. Breakfast options offered a delicious assortment of fresh pastries and local specialties that energized us for the day. Staff were super helpful with arranging early breakfasts and responding quickly via WhatsApp. the area outside can get noisy at night, which might be an issue for light sleepers. The lift was a bit tricky to operate with its old doors, but ultimately useful for getting our luggage up. I really appreciated the location for its convenience to attractions and the lovely homey feel of the space.
